Q. What is the process of booking an artist?

A. Click here for information

Q. How much is the deposit for the date?

A. The Deposit for the artist is normally 50% of the honorarium. This is due at the time the contracts are signed and returned to the agency.

Q. Can the Artist perform with our church band?

A. Due to time contraints, most artists won't perform with the church band. The artist generally arrives the date of the engagement and this doesn't allow for any rehearsal. There are instances where the Artist will use the band, say if they are doing some standard Praise & Worship songs, but not their original material.

Q. Will the Artist do interviews to help promote the event?

A. Yes they will. Please get with the artist management to confirm a schedule of interviews. Most artists will do 3-4 interviews in conjunction with the concert. Under no circumstances can you confirm an artist to do an interview without first consulting management.

Q. What is the Technical Rider?

A. The Technical Rider is a document that the artist uses to outline those items needed to make the concert or event run smoothly. These items are broken down into sections. Most have general needs and technical needs. Management for the artist can go over the Technical Rider and discuss what items can be substituted. If attached, the Technical Rider is part of the original contract. Technical Riders are available via their respective artist's web page.

Q. What does "plus expenses" mean?

A. Plus expenses means the sponsor is responsible for the travel (local and roundtrip), meals and lodging for the artist in conjunction with the event. These items are in addition to the artist honorarium for the event.
